Mathnasium of Mesa is joining all Mathnasium centers in the area to participate in a food drive, from now through Dec. 17, to benefit St. Vincent De Paul.
The goal of the food drive is to collect 100 cans of non-perishable food per center. With a total of 10 Mathnasiums in the area, the food drive will result in 1,000 cans of food for those less fortunate in the community.
“This is a great cause,” said Mathnasium of Mesa owner Karen Jackson. “Come help the community and
our students.”
Mathnasiums students receive two stamps for every can of food they donate, while non-members receive one free homework help session.
Anyone wishing to help the students accomplish their goal for the food drive is encouraged to contribute canned goods. Please bring them to the drop-off location, at Mathnasium of Mesa, 2836 N. Power Road, at the northwest corner of Power and McDowell roads, in the Bashas’ Complex, next to Orange Theory.
