We Are Open To The Public For Dining And Golf
As outdoor temperatures slip below triple digits, Michael Field, director of golf at Las Sendas Golf Club, is detailing plans for the course overseed project which will close the course from Oct. 2 through Oct. 19. While golfers are anxious to tee off in cooler temperatures, the fall overseeding is necessary for several reasons.
The process helps thicken the greens, fill in bare spots, adheres the course to drought tolerance, and even enhances the green’s ability to fight insect damage and disease. The final product promises to produce those picture-perfect course conditions that local golfers have come to love.
The course will reopen on Oct. 20.
