This Valentine’s Day, you can celebrate with a fantastic gourmet dinner at home. And you don’t even have to cook.
Back by popular demand, Flancer’s Get Naked, Valentine’s To-Go Menu is available again this year. “Naked is optional, and only applies at your home,” joked Greg Ringel, Flancer’s Mesa general manager.
“The complete four-course meal is full of uniquely delicious flavors and uniquely different names,” Greg added. “We hope everyone has as much fun and enjoyment eating it, as we and our chefs had putting it together.”
Begin your meal with a soup appetizer, El Starto Sizzleato!—a creamy Shrimp Bisque with roasted fennel, decorated with red pepper hearts and tarragon pesto croutons.
Salad course is Leafy Isa Greeny!—fresh baby spinach topped with grilled Korean beef, garnished with sesame-crusted mangoes and slivered wonton noodles, dressed in an Asian vinaigrette.
The Ohh Baby, Bay by Excitimo! entrée features fresh Blue Crabmeat Crab Cakes with caramelized shallots in a fresh ginger Velouté, nestled on a bed of freshly house-made, lemon- zest/cracked-pepper fettuccini, and a side medley of sugar snap peas, mushrooms and carrots.
And the dessert, oh, the dessert, El Choco Es Smoocho!—decadent Brownie Lollipops dipped in Grand Marnier ganache, then dusted with cocoa powder and drizzled with more chocolate and orange zest, all accompanied by fresh berries.
The cost of Flancer’s Get Naked, Valentine’s To-Go Menu is $58.99 per person. Orders made before Feb. 8 also will include a free fresh-baked baguette. The meal is picked up cold and comes with simple heating instructions.
