Impala Bob’s annual Car Show is one of the favorite events that takes place at Falcon Field Airport’s Open House.
This year, the event is on Saturday, March 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Showcasing restored classics, hot rods, custom cars, and trucks of all makes and models, there will be something to see for car enthusiasts of all ages.
Sponsored by Impala Bob’s and Bob’s Pilot Shop, this free spectator event welcomes a limited number of participants competing for awards. Winners will be chosen for Best of Show, Best Interior, Best Engine, Best Paint, and nine Class Awards, with the opportunity to strut their car’s stuff to thousands of spectators every year.
Located out on the grass next to Falcon Field Airport Park, there will be plenty of fun, music, and 50/50 drawings, with proceeds benefiting the Aviation Explorers Post 352.
Entry fee is $30 and includes dash plaques, commemorative T-shirt and swag bag. Limited to the first 160 cars.
Pre-registration forms are available at Impala Bob’s and Bob’s Pilot Shop, located at 4753 E. Falcon Drive, Mesa. For more information, call (480) 981-1600.
