Whether you’re planning a wedding or a conference, having flexibility and support are crucial when creating the perfect event.
At Red Mountain Event Center, Vice President of Marketing Brianna Nobles ensures the venue delivers both, whether you’re looking to plan a fun event yourself on a budget, or you’re looking to go all out with lots of planning help—or anything in between.
“Our packages are just specific for the individual and what they specifically need,” said Brianna. “So, if they need my help, we definitely can do that and we don’t charge extra.”
The venue provides whatever the party planner needs, such as catering from its sister company What’s Crackin’ Café, or the freedom to bring in their own food and drink, allowing flexibility to create the perfect event and budget-friendly options to keep event costs low.
“We definitely are a lot cheaper than a lot of the other event centers, and we give people a lot of options,” said Brianna.
In addition to options, the event center is in the ideal location for events. Specifically, it is right by a nail salon, hair salon and even a florist.
The venue itself is beautiful, too. It boasts an expansive outdoor space, a dance floor, projector, surround sound and white walls, which allow the space to be transformed to match the vision of the party host.
“Everyone is loving the price and our outdoor area,” said Brianna. “Everyone loves our outdoor area. We have a huge area that’s nicely landscaped and it’s really pretty out there.”
However, what’s most important to Brianna is letting customers know that the space is theirs to make their own.
“I just want people to know that this is their own space,” Brianna stated. “It’s private, and they get their own bathroom to themselves. It’s their own private space that they can kind of do whatever they want with,” she said. “We’re not really strict with a lot of things.”
