Saint Ignatius of Antioch is an Orthodox Christian parish community, which feels like an extended family. The parishioners are from all walks of life and age groups, and they seek to love God and their neighbors.
On Sundays, they celebrate a liturgy, led by Fr. James, which unites earth to heaven and unites the members to each other. The liturgy doesn’t end on Sunday morning, however. Parishioners extend this form of public worship to include visiting with their neighbors and serving the community through Paz de Cristo, Sunshine Acres Children’s Home and many other organizations.
This fun-filled event will take place at Saint Ignatius Church, located at 5515 E. Redmont Circle, off of Thomas Road, between Higley and Recker roads. See you on Nov. 12.
