The Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center will celebrate its weeklong Fitness Festival, beginning on Monday, Nov. 7, through Sunday, Nov. 13, featuring class demonstrations, as well as group fitness classes, and ultimately culminating in a community race event.
“At Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center, our staff of licensed estheticians, massage therapists, certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors, along with our front desk staff, deliver the utmost in personal and professional service to our clients and members,” said Spa and Fitness Director Kelly Michael.
“We continue to add to our menu of services and class offerings, which not only enhance the well-being of our members, but also enriches the entire community,” she added.
The weeklong Fitness Festival event is designed to promote the membership at the fitness center, which adheres to the motto—Where our Community Meets, Grows Strong and Healthy.
According to Kelly, the event’s many offerings include yoga, self-defense and facials. Hector Cervantes, of Arizona State University, will hold a free Diabetes Prevention Seminar, on Saturday, Nov. 12, at 9 a.m., for those who are concerned about, and may have, hereditary issues.
“I believe our motto of Where our community meets, grows strong and healthy shares our commitment of Bringing neighbors closer to their community,” emphasized Kelly. “We have a quality of life here in Las Sendas, and our spa and fitness center is a genuine asset to our community,” she continued. “We invite you to come in and join us today.”
The multi-activity race event, which includes swimming, biking and running, will take place for individuals and teams on Sunday, Nov. 13, with the first competition beginning at 6 a.m. Please register from Monday, Nov. 7, to Saturday, Nov. 12, at the fitness center.
