Mayor John Giles’ State of the City Breakfast, hosted by the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, will take place on Thursday, Feb. 4, from 7 to 9 a.m., at the Mesa Convention Center.
Registration is from 7 to 7:30 a.m., and the breakfast is from 7:30 to 8 a.m. The program follows the breakfast, from 8 to 9 a.m.
Mayor Giles will take the stage for the program. He will highlight some of Mesa’s successes in 2015, and will talk about his goals for this year. His State of the City topics will include economic development, prosperity and education.
“I enjoy being able to reflect on the previous year, celebrate our successes, and share my NextMesa vision,” Mayor Giles said. “It is exciting to show Mesa is an innovative community where businesses and families thrive.”
The Mayor’s annual State of the City Breakfast is an opportunity for businesses, organizations and residents to connect on those opportunities taking our city to the NextMesa.
Tickets to the breakfast can be purchased online at mesachamber.org. The full program will run on Mesa Channel 11, and will be available to watch online at mesa11.com.
The Mesa Convention Center is located at 201 N. Center St. The breakfast and program will take place in the Main Hall, Building C.
