Red Mountain Ranch Country Club (RMRCC) Fitness Center is adding a few new programs, which may benefit you and your family members in your quest for fitness and well-being.
Diet Free Life—To assist you with your weight loss and nutrition plan, we will introduce a Diet Free Life workshop. This inclusive approach teaches healthy food combinations, portioning, eating frequency, snacking and general fitness.
For the Golfers—Join our Golf Conditioning Class. You will learn techniques to prevent possible injury with golf-specific stretches and exercises. We will use stretch bands, weights and more. Effective fitness training for golf can help improve your overall strength and flexibility.
RMRCC Fitness Center will also offer CPR/AED and First Aid training, as well as babysitting clinics to certify young teens wishing to start a babysitting business.
