By the Bucket, a fast-casual Italian eatery which opened earlier this year, has become well-known for buckets of delicious spaghetti, but it’s also becoming a go-to for lunch with 8-inch hoagie subs, salads, a la carte protein options, and more.
“By the Bucket is not just spaghetti and marinara sauce,” said owner Jenna Peterson. “We have a variety of hot subs, garlic bread pizza, and mac n’ cheese that has been added to our menu.”
Customers are even mixing and matching to create their own specialty meals with By the Bucket’s long list of options. “We’ve had people customize our lunch options, which is great,” said Jenna. “Someone recently added our parmesan chicken to our macaroni and cheese, which is really good, or we’ve had people mixing our sauces — like the marinara and alfredo to make their own.”
The restaurant has also expanded its seating, so diners can enjoy their meal at the restaurant both inside and outside.
By the Bucket also has catering options perfect for family parties and summer events, available with just 24 to 48 hours’ notice, allowing guests to share their favorites — like By the Bucket’s classic spaghetti — with large groups of family and friends.
“We offer full trays of pasta, meatballs, and Caesar salad that are easy to come and pick up,” said Jenna. “They’re super portable and stay really fresh so they’re great for parties. We like to make it as easy as possible for our customers.”
In addition to its pasta buckets, salads, and subs, By the Bucket offers everything you need for a satisfying multi-course meal for the whole family, including cheesy bread, garlic bread, and New York-style cheesecake.
On most days you’ll see Brian, Jenna’s husband, working and operating the store. He is currently offering the following specials when you mention this article: $1 off Small buckets, $2 off Medium and Large buckets, and $1 off all subs.
The Red Mountain location is located on the northwest corner of Power and McDowell roads facing McDowell Road, next to the cleaners. The eatery is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m
