Passengers can purchase the pass good for two for unlimited trips as well as receive 20 percent off tickets for their guests.
Beat the heat on one of her 10 a.m. cruises on the weekends, including a Music and Mimosa Cruise every Sunday with $5 mimosas and live music.
This month’s featured musician is recording artist Eric Miller, a regular performer at The Patio and Grille at Las Sendas. Eric brings his passion for Brazilian Bossa Nova and Samba to the cool waters of Saguaro Lake for a memorable experience.
Las Sendas resident and Director of Operations John Waldron says he’s surprised by the number of first-time passengers who live so close to the lake. “We get passengers every day from Las Sendas, Mountain Bridge, and Red Mountain Ranch who tell us they’ve never been aboard the Belle, but once they come, they’re hooked. It’s the perfect backyard getaway and a great way to show off the beauty of the Sonoran Desert in just a few hours.”
Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of different cruises, including 80-minute narrated nature cruises, Wine on Wednesday Cruises, featuring live music and wine specials, and Craft Beer Friday Cruises, featuring live music and some of Arizona’s best local beers, all in the comfort of the large boat, which features an air-conditioned lower deck and open-air upper deck. Beer, wine, cocktails, and snacks are also available on all cruises.
The Desert Belle is handicap accessible with restrooms on board. Free parking is available at the marina. The Desert Belle is also available for private charters for the perfect birthday, anniversary, family reunion, or corporate event.
The Desert Belle operates around 700 cruises a year, many of which sell out, so John recommends booking a couple days in advance. Wildlife such as the bald eagle, golden eagle, and bighorn sheep are regularly seen along the lake’s towering cliffs.
